MylkBlend Lactation and Relaxation Tea

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1 tsp of MylkBlend leaves, steep for 3 minutes, strain, sweeten, and enjoy.

• Organic Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum): 
  This seed is a part of the pea family and is found throughout the Mediterranean and southern Europe. It contains anti-inflammatory properties and can be a good source of iron, magnesium, and calcium. Fenugreek has been proven to increase breast milk supply, reduce blood pressure, and stimulate insulin while slowing sugar absorption in the body. 
  Note: Fenugreek Seed is not recommended for those with nut allergies, or those taking diabetic medication. Check with your doctor before using.
   
• Organic Rooibos Leaves (Aspalathus linearis): 
  These well-known tea leaves are caffeine-free and loaded with vitamins A, C, E, and B. Offering a mildly sweet earthy flavor, the leaves are native to South Africa and are commonly called Red Bush Tea or African Red Tea. Rooibos contains polyphenols like aspalathin that are unique to the plant, and known to help control blood sugar levels. It also contains antioxidants and chemical compounds said to reduce inflammation, decrease blood pressure, promote weight loss, and help with cardiovascular health.

• Organic Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale Roscoe, Zingiberaceae): 
  Ginger has been used for centuries in medicines and teas. Native to Africa, China, India, the Caribbean, and other warm climates, it’s loaded with antioxidants and over 400 natural, beneficial compounds. Commonly used to reduce bloating, gas, and calm an upset stomach, it's great for boosting digestion due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
   
• Organic Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum): 
  This tiny, but mighty, ingredient is packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and anti-viral properties. A warming spice, cloves are rich in the trace mineral manganese, which improves brain and bone health, and reduces muscle pain. It also has the compound eugenol, which improves liver function.
